 INGREDIENTS:

  1 Medium Banana
  2 Cups of Almond Milk
  1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
  2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
  1 Peach (sliced)
  2 Scoops of Rice Protein

 DIRECTIONS:

 1. Throw everything in a blender and 
blend. Add some ice cubes if you 
want it to be colder and less thick.
